TEM Content Licence Agreement
This is a licence agreement between you and Tasman Environmental Markets (TEM) that explains how you can use visual assets downloaded through TEM Online. By downloading content from TEM Online, you accept the terms of this agreement.
For all carbon offset project assets (excluding Arnhem Land Fire Abatement):
- Specifically for use only when referencing your purchase of carbon offset units through TEM, and applicable to all mediums and channels
- Content must be credited to TEM
- Usage is limited to a period of 12 months from the date of your offset retirement certificate
- Assets must not be archived by a third party
- These rights are granted to you and are non-transferable and non-sublicensable, meaning that you cannot allow anyone else to use these assets without written permission by TEM
